🌿 Distance Reiki Sessions: Trusting the Current

For a long time, I thought Reiki needed to happen in person. I loved watching a client settle into stillness, hearing the rhythm of their breath slow, and feeling that shared quiet fill the room. When my chronic illness made in-person sessions harder, I hesitated. Distance Reiki had never felt like my way.

But something beautiful has unfolded. These sessions, which I call Remote Bloom Sessions on my website, have become a kind of glimmer in what could have been darkness. A reminder that energy, intuition, and connection aren’t limited by time or space. In Reiki, we often say that energy flows where it’s needed. The more I’ve practiced this way, the more I’ve felt my intuition deepen. My sensitivity to subtle energy has strengthened in ways I never expected.

There’s a quiet rhythm to working this way. Without a physical body in front of me, my neurodivergent mind finds it easier to connect with the flow. I can stay with the energy longer, letting messages emerge gently instead of rushing to translate them in the moment. The stillness that follows each session has become sacred. A space where the whispers of spirit can be heard.

✨ Each Remote Bloom Session includes:

  • Reiki energy intuitively sent to you.

  • A page where I write or draw what came through.

  • Notes on the state of your chakras based on what I sensed.

  • Gentle rituals, affirmations, or practices to support your energy. Sometimes through meditation, food, yoga, or reflection.

  • Occasionally, a Reiki drawing or a tarot/oracle pull if guided. These will eventually be available as add-ons, along with personalized video reflections as my practice grows.

I’m still able and love doing kitchen chair Reiki sessions. For anyone who shows up in my kitchen, I’ll happily share a little energy in person!

For now, I’m following the current. Letting it take me exactly where I need to bloom. Someday, I dream of a forest space for circles, ceremonies, and stillness. But here, in this chapter, I’m learning that healing travels in waves, and that distance doesn’t mean disconnect.

🤍 Thank you for being part of this journey.
