💭 Bloom & Grow Prompt: When do I feel most confident and in control of my personal power? What practices help me reconnect to this energy when I feel weak or uncertain?

💭 My Bloom & Grow Reflections:

I feel most confident and in control of my personal power when I am consistent. Consistent in the work I do for myself, in showing up for my soul creation (MBC), in therapy, and in actively integrating what I learn. Challenges have become the main source of my confidence: when I’m put in uncomfortable or tight situations, I sit beside them and remind myself, this is a perfect opportunity to show that I can do hard things. It may not feel good, but I followed my values, used my skills, and learned something. Even if it was a bit clumsy, I did it. Physically, I feel this power in my trunk. Strong abs, back muscles, and a sense of radiating internal glow. I stand tall, head held high, almost proud, though the exact feeling is subtle and hard to describe. Practices that help me reconnect to this energy now aren’t just physical. They are consistency, courage, and consciously stepping into discomfort, showing up fully even when it’s hard.
